These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the web platform www.campusmasterclasses.com, for which Cozy Time, S.L. is the legal entity responsible, hereinafter “Campus Masterclasses”. By accepting them, the User states that they have read, understood, and fully comprehend what is set out here, and that they assume all their obligations. If the User does not agree with the content of this document, they must leave this website and may not access or use the services it offers. Likewise, the User expressly accepts, without exceptions, that access to and use of this website, its services, and the content of those services takes place under their sole and exclusive responsibility.
These Terms and Conditions will be accepted by the parties without reservation and may be modified at any time and without prior notice. It is the User’s responsibility to read them when making a purchase or booking. The terms in force at the time the contract is entered into will be the ones that apply.
User Registration and Error Correction
User registration on this website happens automatically when you make your first course purchase. Once registered, you will receive an email confirming that the process was completed successfully, along with a reminder of your login details.
From your User account, you can check your billing history, change your password, carry out other procedures or actions related to your purchases, review your personal information and, if necessary, correct any errors that may have occurred when entering your details (or update them).
By registering, the User agrees to use this service only for private purposes and not for commercial purposes, unless expressly authorized by the party responsible for this website.
User profiles
There is a single User profile (Students), for people who want to purchase an online course. By registering, the User agrees to use this service only for private purposes and not for commercial purposes. When you purchase a course and payment has been made, you will have access to its materials through the User area. Courses can be completed within a maximum of 24 months from purchase. Once the course is finished, the student no longer has access to that course or any other courses unless they purchase them.
On some occasions at “Campus Masterclasses” we may record group classes for educational purposes and to make them available to you and other users of the platform. By taking part in a group class, you agree that the session may be recorded and that your image and voice may be included in the recording. We understand that privacy and confidentiality are important to our users, so we take measures to ensure that recordings are handled with due care and protection. Recordings will be used exclusively for educational purposes. If you do not want your image or voice to be recorded during a group class, please let us know in advance via our contact address cursos@campusmasterclasses.com.
Service purchase
Restricted content will be accessible once the User registers and purchases one of the available courses. Courses are for individual use, so you are not allowed to authorize anyone other than the User to use your account, and you may not share login details with any third party.
By purchasing the service, an electronic contract is formed, governed by Spanish law and specifically by the legal framework established by Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), and Law 03/2014 of March 27, the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).
The electronic contract will not be filed by a third party, and the language for its conclusion is Spanish. These Terms and Conditions may be saved and reproduced at any time by the User making a purchase, using their internet browser options, and must be accepted before proceeding to payment for the services.
The purchase process at “Campus Masterclasses” is very simple. Select the course you want to buy, click the “Buy” button, accept the privacy policy and the terms and conditions by ticking the relevant checkboxes, and choose one of the available payment methods (see the following sections).
Once the purchase is completed, we will send you an email detailing the purchase information, your User credentials, and the proof of purchase or invoice. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, or if you notice any error in the details entered, please contact us.
Service renewals
The system is pay-per-use, so there are no renewals or recurring payments.
Payment methods
At “Campus Masterclasses” you can pay for your purchases by credit or debit card.
Payment is processed through the secure payment gateway of Redsys or PayPal. This means “Campus Masterclasses” never collects or handles any customer data related to their card number. All data is processed directly by Redsys or PayPal, so “Campus Masterclasses” can always offer maximum security, transparency, and confidentiality in the transaction.
Prices, taxes, and fees
Prices for services and plans are set out in the pricing section of this website, or on the page for each service. They are shown in euros.
The final price of the contracted services may vary depending on the taxes applicable in each case, or depending on the buyer’s address and profile (individual or professional). Except for activities not subject to or exempt from VAT, the following taxes apply on our website:
The following taxes apply to the services offered on our website:
- The retail price (PVP) of services provided to customers with a billing address in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands includes VAT in all cases.
- The retail price (PVP) of services provided to customers with a billing address in other EU countries, where the buyer is a natural person (individual), includes the VAT corresponding to the service provider’s country.
- The retail price (PVP) of services provided to customers with a billing address in other EU countries, where the buyer is a company or professional, does NOT include VAT if they are registered in the ROI (Register of Intra-Community Transactions). Otherwise, the service price will include the VAT of the service provider’s country.
- The retail price (PVP) of services provided to customers with a billing address in the Canary Islands or Ceuta and Melilla and, in general, any country outside the EU, does NOT include VAT, as the transaction is treated as an export. The price shown for each service is its final price.
Account and service termination, cancellation, and blocking
User accounts expire after one year, once the usage period for the purchased course ends. However, the User may also cancel their account by requesting it from the “Campus Masterclasses” team, by emailing cursos@campusmasterclasses.com, or through their account profile.
The service will remain active as long as the amounts due for its use are paid on time and in the correct manner. If the User cancels the service during a period, no refund will be issued for unused time.
In the event of non-payment, the service may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding payment has been resolved by the User. If more than 15 days pass, the service will be cancelled. This does not exempt the User from paying the proportional part of the service they were able to use before it was suspended.
“Campus Masterclasses” reserves the right to block access to the service without prior notice (or directly delete the User account) if it is used illegally, if the obligations and rules set out here are breached, or if the application is misused. This will be communicated by email. Blocking or deleting the User account will not affect the obligation to pay for the purchased service if it has already been provided, where applicable.
In exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of the “Campus Masterclasses” administrators and depending on the seriousness of the matter, they may choose to warn the offending user before permanently deleting or blocking their account.
By registering as a User, you agree that the owners of this site reserve the right to modify or discontinue this website and its services, or to delete provided data, either temporarily or permanently, at any time and without prior notice.
Refunds
In accordance with the LGDCU, the right of withdrawal must be exercised within a maximum period of FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from the date of purchase. You must notify your decision to withdraw from the purchase through any of the contact methods provided.
By law, this right cannot be exercised for services with a deadline (for example, tickets, plane tickets, etc.) or for digital products/services once the download or use has started, unless that possibility is specifically stated.
The purchase amount will be refunded once the status of the purchase has been verified, using the same payment method used for the purchase and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have passed from the confirmed receipt of the withdrawal request. Any costs arising from exercising the right of withdrawal will be borne by the buyer.
Due to the nature of the services, they will be considered performed upon purchase of the service, so the right of withdrawal established in Law 3/2014 of March 27, on the Protection of Consumers and Users, will not apply.
Dispute resolution
As required by the new European regulations, we inform users of the existence of a European dispute resolution platform for online purchases.
